Indirect Lending: Building a High-Performing Dealer Network: Hear from one credit union as they share the strategies behind building and sustaining a thriving indirect lending program. Learn how they cultivate dealer relationships, maintain strong loan quality, manage risk, and continue to grow their portfolio in today’s competitive marketplace. Gain practical ideas you can take back to strengthen your own indirect lending strategy.

Financial Store Model: Reimagining the Branch Experience: Inspired by the Apple Store, learn how one credit union transformed its branches into relationship-focused financial stores. Hear their success story, the lessons they learned, and practical ideas you can implement to create a more engaging member experience and drive stronger results.

Building Stronger Communities, Stronger Credit Unions: Successful community outreach creates more than goodwill, it builds trust, strengthens relationships, and reinforces the credit union mission. Hear how one credit union has turned community engagement into a powerful driver of member loyalty and organizational success.

Understanding the Numbers That Matter:  Every decision impacts the bottom line. Learn how successful credit union leaders use key financial metrics to drive profitability, improve operational performance, and make strategic decisions that position their organization for long-term success.

Driving Financial Success: Hear from a CDFI credit union CEO who has built a 28% capital ratio and over 3% ROA while serving underserved communities. Gain practical insights into the strategies that have created financial strength without losing sight of the credit union mission.

Building a Stronger Portfolio Through Effective Collections: A healthy portfolio starts with proactive collections. Examine how realistic performance goals, early intervention, and consistent follow-up can reduce losses and improve overall portfolio performance.

Leading Meetings That Produce Results: Too many meetings end when people leave the room. Hear how intentional meeting structure, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through can transform routine meetings into a powerful tool for building accountability, strengthening culture, and driving results.
